Adult Experience Coordinator: The Adult Experience Coordinator supports the development and success of members across the province, ensuring a positive and effective adult experience within GGC. This role leads and collaborates with various sub-committees, providing guidance and support to strengthen adult engagement, training and recognition, while ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities. The Adult Experience Coordinator fosters a culture of inclusivity, mentorship and collaboration to help GGC’s adult members thrive in their roles.

Cookie Liaison: The Cookie Liaison champions and promotes GGC’s National Cookie Program, ensuring its success across the province by supporting the execution of the cookie strategy, managing logistics and supporting the efforts of staff and members. This role fosters collaboration, oversees campaign operations and strengthens the cookie program’s impact as a vital fundraiser.

DEIA Adviser: To lead, promote, and support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) initiatives within the province, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging across all levels of Guiding.

FR.1 Approvers: Join our provincial team as a Fundraising Approver! We need four skilled individuals who excel at applying Fundraising Procedures and Guidelines, coaching Guiders through procedures, reading trip budgets and administering requests, approvals, and summary reports.

Link Liaison: The Link Liaison is responsible for fostering engagement, communication and growth among members aged 18-30, ensuring they feel supported, connected and encouraged to actively participate in GGC. This role serves as a bridge between Link members and Provincial Council, advocating for their needs and ideas while promoting Link membership and activities.

Safe Guide Liaison: The Safe Guide Liaison is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and consistent application of Safe Guide protocols and procedures within the Provincial Council. This includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of policies, forms, and resources, mentoring Safe Guide Assessors, and ensuring timely processing of Safe Guide forms. The Liaison also supports Assessor training and collaborates with other Provincial Council members to uphold safety and risk management standards across all programming.

Trip Financial Reviewer: With a team, review and assess the financial viability of trips (domestics & International) according to GGC fundraising policies, procedures, guidelines and the criteria set in the ANY Council Trip Financial Guidelines documents. Youth Forum Coordinator: Do you have a passion to grow our youth member's voice on Provincial Council? Do you enjoy a variety of tasks and projects involving a group of 15 to 17-year-olds while helping to grow their skills and ensure that everything ANY Council does keeps the girl at the centre? This a co-position with a strong team already in place for you to jump into.
